Tutorials of PPT Conversion
PPT, as the main tool for teaching and commercial performances, is the most popular presentation means in classes and companies. But it is very convenient if you want to watch the presentations on-the-go, for instance, on your iPhone, Blackberry, Walkman and something alike. You must convert PPT to videos for playback on your portable devices. Here are some guidelines for you:
Before considering which PPT to video converter and how to convert PPT, you must figure out what kind of portable device you want to convert for so as to fix the output video formats, if for iPhone, then choose M4V, MP4 or MOV, if for Blackberry, then choose 3G，MP4 or AVI etc..
Have decided your target player, then start the conversion. Steps in detail:
Step 1: Download and install iToolSoft PPT to Video
Step 2: Open the File menu and add your source files or folders for ripping. You can choose the latter one for batch conversion if you have multiple files for conversion.
Step 3: Click the Profile button at the bottom to choose your target video formats. Various popular video formats are available including ASF, AVI, MPEG, MP4, MKV, RM, WMV and so on.
Step 4: Choose the destination of your target files, that is which disc are you going to save these files in.

You can also personalize your conversion activity by opening the Setting menu and choose related settings.
Three different settings are available including “Doing nothing”, “Open the target file” and “Auto shutdown your computer”. You are free to choose any of them. What’s more, you can also set your own video size, video quality, audio quality and channels at your own will.
